Tailored Training Solutions paired with a
Proven Syllabus
The PTi Training reflects a philosophy of training designed to reduce the probability of loss, while at the same time allowing the owner of the aircraft to enhance the ability of the aircraft to be a useful tool for Personal and Business use. It incorporates concepts from the Air Carrier realm of activities and regulations, while the use is under FAR 91.
PTi has reviewed the regulations for FAR 135 carriers and integrated the safe ideas from
that domain into part 91 training. While the Initial ground and flight training courses commence the program it is only the beginning. It establishes a working partnership in safety with the operator and PTi as the Director of Training. This involves six month recurrent training dates, seminars, flight monitoring, interaction with the Director of Training, using the FRAT (Flight Risk Analysis Tool) and preparation of a Flight Department Operations Manual. Preparation and explanation of SMS (Safety Management System) are included in the discussions.

Real World Scenarios
The Training is conducted in an “Environment Specific” manner; clients are asked to provide some sample training routes that may be used in the future and the
training will use at least one of those routes. Since the training is intended to be
conducted every 6 months a number of options are suggested to keep the client
motivated.

Continuous Support & Recurrent Training
We provide continuous support to help clients analyze particular scenarios, aid in safe decision making, enhance certain skills through additional training and exercises, etc. Our personalized support aims to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions for your aviation journey.
